According to economics, one of the characteristics of human wants is that it is unlimited and insatiable. This wants never stop, you will always want more but my question to you today is; what are you looking for? It is good to desire good things but the joy in every single desire is getting what you want. So many desires and yet little is achieved.
And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? - (Luke 24:4).
According to the bible verse, they knew in their heart that Jesus would be there, He was supposed to be there but yet they could not find Him there, it was a divine intervention (the angels) that opened their eyes to acknowledge the new reality that Jesus is no more here; He is risen, Halleluiah! Thank God for the divine revelation, they would have kept on looking for the right thing in the wrong place.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. - (Psalm 32:8).
Where have you been looking at? Probably you are just like the disciples looking for the right thing in the wrong place, you also need that divine intervention today to be sure it won't be a wasted effort, it could be your relationship, finances, work, people or any of your desires. Seek God's direction today and He would guide you right!
Prayer: Open all my senses to your divine guidance so as not to go about wasting my time and resources in vain. Amen!
